DESCRIPTION:We warmly invite you to the “May in the Atrium” event series — a collection of free events open to everyone. \nThe programme is part of the celebrations marking the 140th anniversary of Grm Novo mesto – Centre of Biotechnology and Tourism. \nThroughout May\, the atrium of Hiša kulinarike in turizma and Gostišče na trgu will come alive with inspiring experiences\, creative workshops\, music\, culture\, and community gatherings. SUMMARY:Weeks of Lifelong Learning
DESCRIPTION:The Novo mesto Development and Education Centre (RIC Novo mesto) invites you to follow the events within the Lifelong Learning Weeks (TVU) 2026\, the most prominent national campaign in the field of education and learning in Slovenia. \nTVU has been running since 1996 and is part of an international movement of learning festivals. At the national level\, the project is guided by the National TVU Committee\, operating under the relevant Ministry of Education. The project\, coordinated by the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education in cooperation with numerous organisations\, institutions\, and individuals across Slovenia and abroad\, highlights the importance of learning in all stages of life and in the various roles an individual assumes—as a person\, employee\, and member of society. \nIn 2026\, events will take place from 8 May to 14 June. During this period\, Novo mesto will host a variety of events aimed at spreading knowledge\, exchanging experiences\, and promoting learning in everyday life. \nThe calendar of events for Novo mesto is available at the link. \nYou are warmly invited. \nEvent website.
