DESCRIPTION:Zavod Situla and the Crikvenica Tourist Board invite you to a full-day event\, MOST of Novo mesto & Crikvenica\, taking place on Saturday\, 18 April 2026\, at Glavni trg in Novo mesto. \nThe event represents a cross-border meeting of two towns that\, through history\, culture\, and gastronomy\, build a bridge between past and present\, and between people\, cultures\, and flavours. This year’s programme will once again bring together the highlights and unique features of both towns\, offering insight into their rich cultural and culinary heritage. \nPROGRAMME: \n10:00 – Opening ceremony and addresses by the mayors10:00–13:00 – Market \n\noffer of local producers\,\nwine tasting by local winemakers from Novo mesto and Crikvenica\, along with a presentation of the Sveta Lucija olive growers from Crikvenica\,\ntasting of traditional Croatian batuda and Slovenian ričet\,\nlive music by Trio Rikverc\,\nperformance by the Kres Folklore Group\,\ndemonstration of the traditional practice of straw threshing.\n\n13:00–15:00 – Break \n15:00–18:00 – Market \n\noffer of local producers\,\nperformance by the Pomlad Mixed Choir\,\npresentation of the Crikvenica traditional costume\,\ntasting of authentic Crikvenica desserts\,\nconcert by Klapa Sv. DESCRIPTION:KNM Travel invites you to a slow spring brunch on the Krka River aboard the Rudolf Raft\, taking place on Saturday\, 18 April 2026\, at 11:00 am. \nThe event will be held on the Rudolf Raft on the Krka River\, where participants can enjoy the beautiful nature\, sunshine\, and the scents of spring in a relaxed atmosphere. Chef Zala Pungeršič will prepare a carefully crafted spring brunch\, while the raft slowly drifts along the river. Guests will also be welcomed with a mimosa or kombucha and can enjoy pleasant socialising in a unique setting. \nPlaces are limited and advance booking is required.
