SUMMARY:Health Marathon 2026
DESCRIPTION:Novo mesto Community Health Centre invites you to the Health Marathon event\, organised by the Health Education Centre of the Novo mesto Community Health Centre. The event will take place from 7 to 10 April 2026. \nAs part of the event\, we will mark World Health Day and offer a variety of activities aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle. The programme will include lectures\, physical activities\, and practical advice for improving well-being and taking care of one’s health. \nPROGRAMME: \n7 April\nHike “Small Steps to Better Health” at 9:00 a.m.\nMeeting point: in front of the gym at the Novo mesto Community Health Centre (opposite the pharmacy). In case of bad weather\, a health lecture will take place in the gym. \n8 April\nSVIT event\, presentation of the DORA and ZORA screening programmes\, and the importance of oral hygiene\nThe event will take place in the lobby of the Novo mesto Community Health Centre from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. \n9 April\nHealth activity course for children between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.\nRegistration is required by 2 April 2026 via email: zvc@zd-nm.si or by phone: +386 7 39 16 888.\nPlaces are limited. \n10 April\nLecture: The Importance of Good Sleep in the meeting room of the Novo mesto Community Health Centre at 10:00 a.m.\nRegistration is required by 2 April 2026 by phone: +386 70 730 457.\nPlaces are limited. \nConsultations and measurements of blood pressure and blood sugar levels\nThis will take place in the lobby of the Novo mesto Community Health Centre between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. \nThe event is intended for everyone who wants to take a step towards a healthier lifestyle\, gain new knowledge\, and actively engage in caring for their well-being. \nEvent website
