DESCRIPTION:The Novo Mesto Sports Association and the Olympic Committee of Slovenia – Association of Sports Federations invite you to a guided workout at the outdoor steel exercise park next to Portoval Stadium\, taking place on Monday\, 28 September 2026\, from 17.00 to 19.00. \nWorking out on outdoor exercise equipment\, commonly known as outdoor fitness bars\, is a great opportunity to improve physical fitness\, test your physical abilities and develop new movement skills. \nAs part of the European Week of Sport\, a qualified sports professional will be present at the exercise park to provide free advice on performing exercises correctly and safely\, using the equipment and preparing a workout programme tailored to participants’ abilities and goals. \nThe event is suitable for anyone who would like to spend their free time actively\, improve their physical fitness or learn more about outdoor exercise options. \nEvent website
