The hostel, located within the Novo Mesto Secondary School and Student Residence (Dijaški in študentski dom Novo mesto), offers comfortable, functional and affordable accommodation in a peaceful part of the town, approximately a twenty-minute walk from Novo Mesto’s historic town centre. During the summer holidays and school breaks, it welcomes tourists, sports teams, organised groups, seminar participants and other visitors looking for a convenient base from which to explore Novo Mesto and the Dolenjska region.
Guests can choose from single, twin and triple rooms, as well as apartments, with a total capacity of approximately 170 beds. All rooms are comfortably furnished and include free Wi-Fi, while fresh bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. A buffet breakfast can be arranged upon request, and lunch and dinner are available for larger groups by prior arrangement. Guests also have access to laundry facilities, a drying room and free parking.
The hostel is particularly well suited to larger organised groups, offering not only accommodation but also access to classrooms, a lecture room with audiovisual equipment and other shared facilities. Sports grounds for football, basketball and other activities are located nearby, making the hostel a popular choice for sports teams, youth camps, cultural groups and participants in various national and international projects.
