Song of Spring – Regional Youth Choir Festival 2026
You are warmly invited to the regional youth choir festival Song of Spring 2026, organised by the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Cultural Activities – Novo mesto Branch Office.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 1 April 2026, at 5:00 pm at the Janez Trdina Cultural Centre in Novo mesto.
Four choirs have responded to this year’s open call to perform at the regional youth choir festival: the Grm Primary School Youth Choir, the Šmarjeta Primary School Youth Choir, the Centre Primary School Youth Choir, and the Bršljin Primary School Youth Choir.
The choral event, organised by the Novo mesto branch, will feature 130 singers from the municipalities of Novo mesto and Šmarješke Toplice. The festival will be professionally reviewed by Alenka Podpečan.
