“Gugajo se pesmice” – Part 2
The Novo mesto branch of JSKD (Public Fund for Cultural Activities of the Republic of Slovenia) invites visitors to the review concert Gugajo se pesmice – Part 2, which will take place on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, at 5.30 pm at the Janez Trdina Cultural Centre in Novo mesto.
The Gugajo se pesmice event is dedicated to presenting choirs of first-grade pupils and preschool children from primary schools and kindergartens. It offers a valuable opportunity for young singers to showcase their creative work, exchange experiences, and enjoy a pleasant gathering centred around choral music. At the same time, it provides the youngest performers with an unforgettable experience of performing on a large stage, proudly presenting themselves to a wider audience through song.
The second part of the regional review of first-grade and preschool choirs will feature the Children’s Choir of Šmihel Primary School, the first-grade choir Otoški škorci from Otočec Primary School, and the Preschool Choir Cicizborček from Ciciban Kindergarten Novo mesto. Nearly 100 of the youngest singers from the Novo mesto municipality will take the stage.
