“Gugajo se pesmice” – Part 1
The Novo mesto branch of JSKD (Public Fund for Cultural Activities of the Republic of Slovenia) invites visitors to the review concert Gugajo se pesmice – Part 1, which will take place on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, at 4.00 pm at the Janez Trdina Cultural Centre in Novo mesto.
The Gugajo se pesmice event is dedicated to presenting choirs of first-grade pupils and preschool children from primary schools and kindergartens. It offers a valuable opportunity for young singers to showcase their creative work, exchange experiences, and enjoy a pleasant gathering centred around choral music. At the same time, it provides the youngest performers with an unforgettable experience of performing on a large stage, proudly presenting themselves to a wider audience through song.
The first part of the regional review of first-grade and preschool choirs will feature the Preschool Choir of the Brusnice Kindergarten, the Preschool Choir Škocjanski škratki from Radovednež Škocjan Kindergarten, and the Preschool Choir Mali Pedenjped from Pedenjped Kindergarten Novo mesto. Nearly 90 of the youngest singers from the municipalities of Novo mesto and Škocjan will take the stage.
