Workshop: Using an E-reader and Listening to Audiobooks
The Miran Jarc Library Novo mesto invites you to a workshop on Using an E-reader and Listening to Audiobooks, which will take place on Tuesday, 31 March 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Beri classroom.
The 90-minute workshop introduces participants to modern forms of digital reading, such as audiobooks and e-books, in a clear, practical and interactive way. Participants will have the opportunity to try all the steps themselves, both on e-readers and on their own mobile devices. The workshop is intended for anyone who wishes to learn how to use digital library resources in a simple and hands-on way, regardless of age or prior computer knowledge.
During the workshop, participants will become familiar with:
• the basics of how an e-reader works,
• the process of borrowing and reading e-books via the COBISS Ela platform,
• the use of the Audibook app for listening to audiobooks,
• common technical challenges and practical tips for independent use of devices.
