13th Fit Klub 5K

Fit Klub Novo Mesto invites runners to take part in a 5,000-metre time trial. The 13th Fit Klub 5K will take place at Portoval Stadium in Novo Mesto on Thursday, 10 September 2026, from 5.30 pm to 7 pm.

Runners will have the opportunity to test their current fitness level and take on the 5,000-metre distance, equivalent to 12.5 laps of the track. The event will also feature free children’s races for different age groups.

Schedule:

• 5.35 pm – pre-school children, 200 m
• 5.40 pm – children’s race, 300 m, born in 2020, 2019 and 2018
• 5.50 pm – children’s race, 600 m, born in 2017–2012
• 6 pm – 5,000 m race, Group B – beginners and runners with a time of up to 22:30
• 6.30 pm – 5,000 m race, Group A – runners with a time under 22:00

Entry fee: €10. Members of Fit Klub with a valid annual membership can take part free of charge. Children’s races are also free of charge.

The first three male and female finishers will receive medals and practical prizes.
