16th Hike along the Slopes of Trška gora
The Trška gora Winegrowers’ Association invites visitors to join the 16th traditional hike along the slopes of Trška gora, taking place on Saturday, 7 November 2026. Participants will have the opportunity to explore scenic trails winding through vineyards and wine cottages, while discovering the area’s winegrowing heritage and warm hospitality.
Registration takes place between 8.30 am and 9 am at Gostilna Pugelj, with the hike setting off at 9 am. Along the route, there will be several stops. At the main refreshment stop, Okrepčevalnica pri Darinki, participants can look forward to a hot meal and the traditional blessing of the new wine. The hike is expected to finish at the starting point at around 2 pm.
The participation fee is €15 per person and includes a souvenir glass with a pouch, drinks, light refreshments at the stops, a hot meal and an accompanying programme.
The hike will take place in all weather conditions. Participation is at one’s own risk.
