9th Novo Mesto Half Marathon (Novomesto21)
The Novo Mesto Half Marathon (Novomesto21) is one of the largest sports and recreational events in south-eastern Slovenia, attracting numerous runners and visitors to Novo Mesto each year. The event, which brings together professional athletes, recreational runners and all enthusiasts of an active lifestyle, will take place for the ninth consecutive year on 14 and 15 November 2026.
The diverse programme includes a half marathon, shorter-distance runs, hikes, children’s races and accompanying events that encourage physical activity, socialising and intergenerational connection.
The event is not only a sporting challenge but also an opportunity to promote Novo Mesto as an attractive destination for active leisure, offering participants a unique experience of the town and its surroundings in a dynamic and positive atmosphere.
