Clean-Up Campaign: Let’s Clean Our Neighbourhood 2026
On Saturday, 28 March 2026, from 9:00 AM onwards, the traditional clean-up campaign Let’s Clean Our Neighbourhood will take place across the local communities of the Municipality of Novo mesto.
The aim of the campaign is to contribute to a well-maintained, clean, and pleasant living environment. Participants will take part in cleaning the surroundings of schools, kindergartens, residential areas, walking paths, and any identified illegal dumping sites.
Residents can join the campaign through their respective local community organisations, where they will also receive more detailed information about the designated clean-up areas. Companies will also take part, ensuring the cleanliness of their surroundings in cooperation with the Europe Direct Novo mesto point.
On the day of the campaign, a duty service of Komunala Novo mesto will be available for assistance and waste removal at +386 31 650 989.
