Exhibition Opening: Janko Orač – Temporal Sediments
You are cordially invited to the opening of the exhibition Janko Orač: Temporal Sediments, which will take place at Gallery Kocka on 5 February 2026 at 6:00 pm.
The painterly field as a space of temporal sediments:
The painting of Janko Orač reveals itself as a space of layering, memory and slow looking. His works do not address the viewer through direct imagery, but through materiality, colour and silence, in which meaning unfolds gradually. The exhibition at Gallery Kocka presents new paintings, including larger formats, in which graphic imprints, acrylic layers and the depth of oil painting converge. The exhibition opening will be accompanied by a musical performance by Ivana Orač (violin) and Martina Runčigaj Žabkar (guitar).
You are invited to experience painting as a space of thought and concentrated presence.
