A new season of the Transformator 2026 programme is starting this April. Transformator is an international development programme that helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) improve their business operations and develop practical solutions for greater efficiency, resilience, and growth.
The programme is designed for companies that want to identify their key challenges – from high costs to inefficient processes – and, with the support of experts, turn them into actionable plans. The programme stands out for its highly practical approach: instead of traditional lectures, participants work on their own real-life cases and develop solutions that can be immediately implemented in practice.
This year, the programme is specifically tailored to the HoReCa sector. HoReCa stands for Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, and Cafés, encompassing businesses operating in hospitality, tourism, event organisation, and food and beverage preparation and service.
How the programme works
Transformator 2026 is delivered in two phases:
The spring phase consists of four free online sessions open to all interested participants. During this phase, participants will identify hidden costs (energy, waste, processes, workforce organisation), analyse their key business challenges, create a concrete transformation plan, explore best practice examples, and gain access to an international network and new business opportunities.
The autumn phase (Bootcamp) is an in-depth, two-month programme (50+ hours) for which the most active participants from the spring sessions can receive a scholarship worth €3,000.
Invitation to the first online event: Strategic Session – Diagnosing Operational Challenges in the HoReCa Sector
The first strategic session of Transformator 2026, Diagnosing Operational Challenges in the HoReCa Sector, will take place on 9 April 2026, from 16:00 to 17:30, as an online event. Participants will receive the access link after registration. The session is aimed at hotels, restaurants, catering providers, and event organisers who want to optimise their business operations. Instead of pre-prepared lectures, the content will be shaped around the real challenges faced by participants.
Attending this session will allow you to identify key bottlenecks in your operations, create a micro-transformation plan for immediate use, explore the opportunity to receive a scholarship for the autumn Bootcamp, and exchange experiences with other companies and experts.
