As every year, the Slovenian Tourist Board (STB) will again announce calls for destinations and tourism providers to obtain the Slovenia Green label.
Following the publication of these calls, an online presentation of the Green Scheme of Slovenian Tourism will be organised. This umbrella programme for the development of sustainable tourism in Slovenia will outline the application process and present the primary certificates for tourism providers that are recognised within the Green Scheme of Slovenian Tourism.
In the first part of the event, the operation of the Green Scheme, its purpose and objectives, and the procedure for obtaining the Slovenia Green label will be presented. In the second part, international certificates for tourism providers recognised by the scheme will be introduced. On the basis of these certificates, providers (e.g. hotels, restaurants, attractions and others) can obtain the Slovenia Green label.
The presentation (in the Slovenian language) will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, at 10.00 a.m.
