Want to move around the city center without emissions or noise? Meet Leon, a small electric minibus operating Monday–Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 and Saturdays from 8:30 to 13:00. The free ride can be booked by phone, making Leon the ideal choice for comfortable and sustainable exploration of the historic core.

Two electric cars named Rudi offer free rides within the municipality to elderly residents and people with disabilities.

Since 2017, Novo mesto has operated GoNM, an automated bike-sharing system and an important part of the city’s sustainable mobility development. With 78 bicycles and 16 docking stations, both residents and visitors can explore the city in an eco-friendly way.
