Caravan of Flavours Novo mesto
The first Slovenian food truck festival is returning to Novo mesto. The event will take place from Friday to Sunday, 8–10 May 2026, at Glavni trg in Novo mesto, bringing together a wide range of street food vendors from across Slovenia.
Visitors will be able to choose from a variety of dishes and drinks and experience a vibrant culinary atmosphere in the city centre.
The festival will feature both new vendors and established favourites. Among the premiere participants are Spudster with loaded baked potatoes, Pizza Atelje 238 offering Neapolitan pizzas from a wood-fired oven, MrBeast Burger truck with burgers and sandwiches, and Tipsi Bar serving coffee and cocktails.
Regular participants include Crazy Chicken with a variety of chicken specialties, Vafl Trailer with waffles and pancakes, Sam Churros with Spanish sweet treats, Beer Bulli offering several types of draught beer, Skunk Urban Kitchen with sandwiches and bowls, Wine Trailer with a selection of Slovenian wines, Mangoop with burgers, Mango Tree with Thai cuisine, and Falafel Trailer with Middle Eastern dishes.
The festival will provide an opportunity for relaxed socialising over quality street food, complemented by a diverse supporting programme in the city centre.
