Film: One More Round and Then We’re Off

The Janez Trdina Cultural Centre invites you to a screening of the film One More Round and Then We’re Off (Le città di pianura), which will take place on Thursday, 11 June 2026, at 8.00 pm in the Trdina Hall.
Director Francesco Sossai breathes new life into the Italian comedy genre with this bittersweet road movie. The film follows two old friends as they wander through the Venetian plain, sharing drinks and trying to recall the “truly incredible thing about life” that Carlobianchi once discovered. The film was a major winner at the prestigious David di Donatello Awards.
The film will be screened in Italian with Slovenian subtitles.
