Novo Mesto Summer Evenings: Goldilocks and the Three Bears
As part of the Novo Mesto Summer Evenings festival, Goga Publishing House invites you to the children’s puppet performance Goldilocks and the Three Bears, taking place on Saturday, 22 August 2026, at 10.00 am.
GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS; GLEDALIŠČE FRU FRU / PUPPET PERFORMANCE
The fairy tale about a curious little girl who gets lost in the forest and comes across a charming little house temporarily abandoned by a family of bears is immensely popular with both children and adults.
Which child is not curious about what happens behind someone else’s door? Which child does not enjoy the temporary absence of parents, when they can explore their secrets? Which child does not wish to catch a glimpse of the adult world?
Children are drawn to the way the girl’s curiosity leads her to peek inside and enter unfamiliar spaces, while adults appreciate the fact that the fairy tale gently teaches children to respect other people, their belongings and their privacy.
The event will take place at the festival venue in the Main Square, in front of Goga Bookshop.
