Hiša Fink invites guests to the exclusive event Sommelier Evening: Gregor Kren & Puklavec Wines, taking place on Thursday, 16 April 2026, from 6 pm onwards. The evening will combine a multi-course culinary menu with selected Puklavec wines, where wine will not be just an accompaniment, but the central conversational partner.
Gregor Kren, one of Slovenia’s leading sommeliers, will present the character of Puklavec wines through his insights and interpretation, perfectly paired with Hiša Fink’s multi-course menu. The event is not a classic tasting, but an evening of nuances, balance, and thoughtful connections between plate and glass.
The evening will focus on the structure, rhythm, and story of the wine, creating a unique gastronomic experience.
