Taste Novo Mesto: Cooking Workshop – Preparing Brown and Traditional Dolenjska Štruklji

As part of Taste Novo Mesto, a month-long culinary initiative taking place in Novo Mesto throughout November, you are invited to a cooking workshop on preparing brown and traditional Dolenjska štruklji, taking place on Monday, 9 November 2026, from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Discover the secrets of making traditional Dolenjska štruklji with an egg-based coating, as well as brown štruklji, a house speciality with its own unique story.

The workshop is organised by the Trška Gora Heart Tourism and Cultural Association (Turistično kulturno društvo Trškogorsko srce).
