On Thursday, 14 May 2026, from 12 noon onwards, Hiša Fink will host the unique wine and culinary event The Dolenjska Sparkling Wine Route, bringing together outstanding winemakers from the Dolenjska region, carefully selected cuisine, and memorable experiences by the Krka River.
The event will begin at 12 noon with activities by the Krka River, including complimentary rides on electric SUP boards. From 3 pm onwards, guests will enjoy a wine and culinary gathering featuring sparkling wines and thoughtfully prepared dishes made from local ingredients. Culinary highlights will include Krškopolje pork by Hiša Fink, alongside guest gastronomic partners offering selected delicacies such as Jolanda de Colò Venetian oysters, Memon prosciutto, and Vito Maccheroni pasta.
The event is based on an open tasting concept. Upon arrival, visitors will receive a sparkling wine glass and will then use tokens to choose from a variety of food and drink tasting courses. Each token is priced at EUR 5.
At 4 pm, a masterclass on Dolenjska sparkling wines will take place aboard the Rudolf Raft, led by one of Slovenia’s leading sommeliers, Gregor Kren. Places for the masterclass are limited. The masterclass costs EUR 35 per person and includes five glasses of premium sparkling wines accompanied by Hiša Fink canapés.
The evening will conclude at 7 pm with an acoustic concert by the duo Bort Ross & Anja Pavlin.
